  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We proudly ship worldwide. No matter where you're located, we’ll deliver to your doorstep.


💸 Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    5 to 10 business days for most destinations.

Please note: delivery time may vary depending on location, customs processing, and other unforeseen delays.


🌐 International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s laws.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.


🚫 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to undeliverable addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us at contact@vacback.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).

  • We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
