📦 Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

  • International Shipping: We proudly ship to all countries worldwide.

🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your item was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges
